PAL Senior Staff
are qualified to provide expert testimony within their specific areas of
expertise. This includes appearing before federal and state courts,
providing written and oral depositions about matters before Conservation
Commissions, Historic District Commissions, Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, and the Coastal
Resource Management Council. We have provided testimony concerning municipal
Historic District legislation and applications, zoning, planned redistricting, transportation
enhancement projects, and proposed residential subdivision development. PAL
staff works within the standards of historic preservation and the ethical guidelines of anthropology and archaeology,
as presented in the Codes of Ethics of the Society of American Archaeology,
American Anthropological Association, and Register of Professional
Archaeologists, and are knowledgeable of federal, state, and municipal
cultural resource management legislation. |
